10 Week Introductory Breath & Mindset Training Program
Our habitual breathing pattern is hardwired into our brain and nervous system. For most humans, breathing is done in a dysregulated manner that promotes higher levels of stress in the body which impacts our mental & emotional states, lowers athletic performance, disrupts sleep, and makes us more prone to illness.
Training the body to breathe properly is foundational to our wellness and is a skill that will serve you for the rest of their life. Having trained thousands of individuals in breathwork, ranging from athletes (youth - pro) and teachers to corporate executives and clinicians, we are confident that we can help you optimize you breathing to feel and perform your best each day. While breathwork is a large focus of this introductory program, mindset training is incorporated as well to deliver the best results for elevating your quality of life.

We will be tracking this measurement over time along with other wellness related metrics
Zoom Sessions (30 mins each)
Sessions are every week for 10 weeks

Proper breathing training to rewire brain and nervous system for less stress, anxiety, endurance, focus, and better sleep
Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) breath-hold practices for elevated energy levels and emotional management

Tips on sleep optimization
Techniques to recover and rise above adversity
Mindset training: mental toughness, mindfulness and meditation, goal setting, developing awareness through self reflection
Daily videos (5-12 mins) in the INHABIT app
New video every week to be completed daily
Focused on improving resting breathing pattern, expanding breath-hold capabilities, and training the nervous system to function optimally to be composed in key moments in sports & life
