Testimonials

Jessica Nitzberg, Principal, Harrington Park School District

“We first began with students in 6-8th grade and all of our staff. The work was so well received that we expanded the program to ensure that our 4-5th graders had access to it.”

Michael Bruno, Supervisor of School Counselors, Mental Health, Crisis Counselors, School Nurses & Paraprofessionals, Bloomfield School District

“This November (2023) the Bloomfield School District hosted Sean and INHABIT on one of our district's professional development days. In the morning Sean worked with our Kindergarten through 8th grade school counselors. In the afternoon, he worked with our high school counselors. I received amazing feedback from both of these workshops. For example one of our counselors said "Sean was great!  Thanks for setting up such a worthwhile and fun workshop." Another veteran counselor who has been here for nearly 20 years said "I have worked here forever and sat through many PD days and watched the clock the entire time. This was THE BEST workshop that I have ever attended." All have echoed those comments and feedback.

As an administrator, I get solicited by many vendors for potential professional developments and programs. Many of them have an arrogance, telling us what we need or what we are doing wrong. From the minute I talked to Sean, we connected. He did not care about selling himself or his program. Instead he showed genuine care for all of our stakeholders in our district, complimented us on what we were doing, and explained how in collaboration with INHABIT, we can increase our support for our staff and students. At my last department meeting with the school counselors, it was evident they retained the information that was presented to them as they were still happily talking about some of the techniques and ideas that Sean had taught them. INHABIT and Sean Pritchard was an absolute home run for our school district and I would highly recommend him to any organization looking to enhance and support their stakeholders mental health and wellness.”

Dr. Andrew Matteo, Superintendent of Schools, Ramsey School District

“Sean facilitated an exceptional training session for our administrative leadership team. Through various exercises, Sean taught us how to cultivate a sense of presence and focus, which is particularly crucial in the fast-paced educational landscape. The techniques he shared have not only helped us as leaders but also allowed us to model and teach these skills to our staff and students, promoting a positive and healthy school environment.

Sean's approach to training is not only highly informative but also incredibly engaging. From the beginning, he fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged open discussion and active participation. His passion for the subjects he covered was evident, making the sessions not just educational but inspiring as well.

Sean's training has left a lasting impression on our team, and we are confident that the skills we've learned will continue to positively influence our leadership practices and the overall culture within our school community. As we prepare to embark on another school year filled with challenges and opportunities, Sean's expertise in mindfulness, visualization, goal setting, and creating good habits will be useful.

We are incredibly grateful for the time and effort Sean invested in us and would highly recommend his expertise to any organization seeking to empower their teams with essential life and leadership skills.

Stephanie Ormaeche, Family & Consumer Science Teacher @ Eric Smith Middle School

“Through Sean’s support, it has given me the ability to give the students the space to acknowledge their stress levels as well as relieve them so that they can feel their best throughout their day.”

Christine Davis, Principal @ Eric Smith Middle School

“We recently had the pleasure of holding a faculty meeting at our school where Sean provided training on meditation, breathwork, and self-care, and it was a truly transformative experience. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the topic, and his enthusiasm was infectious. Sean lead the faculty in meditation and provided practical tips and simple techniques for incorporating self-care into our daily lives, which my staff and I found to be incredibly helpful in reducing stress and increasing our overall sense of well-being.”
