Testimonials

Corporate

- Sam Petrone, Mid-Market Sales Manager @ Instawork

-Liana Washington, Supplier Enablement Associate @ Fairmarkit (Veteran)

Sean gave an amazing session to myself and a few other co workers. It was great to hear the science around how important nose breathing is and then be provided practical use cases I can do on my own. I didn't realize how much stress I held in my shoulders and was quite amazed at how relaxed I was after the session.

-Christopher Loveland, VP Sales & Trading @ Citi

I first worked with Sean at INHABIT on a 1:1 basis where he hosted me for a personal virtual breathwork session in October of last year. After personally witnessing the benefits of said session, I brought Sean on to host an hour long virtual session with some social media influencers and internal team members of mine over at Maybelline New York. The hour-long session was incredibly informative and engaging and left all members with a desire to do more. During said time, Sean walked us through breathwork exercises and also called upon guests to journal and reflect personally. We look forward to hosting more sessions with Sean and hope more corporations begin to prioritize this type of training in order to better the mental health of their employees and fellow colleagues!

-Maddie Chambers, Director, Influencer & Social Media Strategy @ Maybelline NY

Youth Sports

-Colton Cusack, Soccer player | Golfer | Student

Sean and his INHABIT team have worked extensively with my Varsity Boys Soccer Program at Ramsey. We had a very successful season in 2022, making it to the state finals and becoming one of the top teams in New Jersey. Myself and the coaching staff believe our performance was strongly due to the skills, practices, and training that was provided to us by INHABIT. Sean ran sessions like pre-game breathwork and visualization that helped the players to relax, focus, and prime themselves to perform their best. We also loved using the INHABIT app. Not only did our players elevate their abilities on the field but they developed techniques for improving their mindset that they leveraged in academics and their personal lives. We will absolutely be working with INHABIT again over the summer and during our upcoming season.

-Cesar Blacido, Head Coach of RHS Boys Varsity Soccer Team, PE Teacher, Owner of Total Soccer Development

Education Systems

We recently had the pleasure of holding a faculty meeting at our school where Sean provided training on meditation, breathwork, and self-care, and it was a truly transformative experience. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the topic, and his enthusiasm was infectious. Sean lead the faculty in meditation and provided practical tips and simple techniques for incorporating self-care into our daily lives, which my staff and I found to be incredibly helpful in reducing stress and increasing our overall sense of well-being.

Corporate Experiences

Stress costs U.S. employers more than $300 billion per year due to the debilitating impact it has on employee absenteeism, attrition and productivity. Mental and physical challenges often arise from unfavorable daily habits such as shallow breathing, negative self-talk, and not enough movement.

Our workshops, retreats, and extended programs teach employees:

  • Science based breathwork and mindfulness techniques to enhance creativity and clarity, productivity, and improve stress management

  • Mental frameworks to sharpen mindset and develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and team unity

  • Movement and mobility exercises to open up the joints and muscles affected by long days sitting at desks

  • And more

More about The Inhabit Method

Mind.

Meditation - An invaluable tool to find peace and create capacity to meet the demands of today’s busy world. Our guided meditations are designed to increase mental clarity, calmness, and self-love.

Journaling - Spending a few minutes a day putting your thoughts and feelings on paper has immense therapeutic benefits. We offer writing prompts and reflection practices to enhance awareness and emotional well-being.

Body.

Movement - Workouts are for all levels and focus on developing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Inhabit blends bodyweight exercises including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), stretching and yoga, and animal-inspired movements. We also leverage dumbbells, kettlebells, maces, and balance boards to further challenge the body and build lean muscle.

Nutrition - Our nutrition guide is comprised of recipes with colorful organic foods, fasting techniques, and hydration tips to boost the metabolism, immune system, and energy levels.

Breathwork & cold exposure - Scientifically proven to empower the body to function in an optimal state. Benefits include improved sleep, creativity, and reduced stress.

Earth.

Vitamin N (Nature) - For thousands of years, people have been experiencing nature as a form of self-care — think forest bathing. Spending time outside daily allows us to enjoy the many positive effects that fresh air and sunlight have on the mind and body.

Conservation - Having been founded in Sonoma, we’ve seen the devastating effect of droughts and fires over the past few years. The Inhabit Method includes guidance on ways to support the planet during this critical time.
