Personalized guidance from Sean to help you achieve your goals. Select 4 sessions/month or 8 sessions/month.

The focus area of each session alternates between Mind and Body.

  • Mind: meditation + mindfulness, breathwork, and reflection.

  • Body: mobility, flexibility, strength, and nutrition.

You may contact Sean directly if you have questions or need guidance between sessions.

Minimum engagement is 1 month.

Online membership

  • Videos to complete in between personal training sessions — New video added weekly!

    Videos include guided breathwork and meditations as well as movement flows that incorporate different training styles to develop strength, mobility, flexibility, and the mind-body connection. 

  • Daily habits guide

    A playbook of wellness habits to enhance mental clarity and self-awareness, improve sleep quality, become more eco-friendly and connect with nature.

  • Nutrition guide

    A list of recommended whole foods, tips, and easy recipes that will boost metabolism, immune system, and energy levels.
