- Body: mobility, flexibility, strength, and nutrition.

- Videos to complete in between personal training sessions — New video added weekly! - Videos include guided breathwork and meditations as well as movement flows that incorporate different training styles to develop strength, mobility, flexibility, and the mind-body connection. 
- Daily habits guide - A playbook of wellness habits to enhance mental clarity and self-awareness, improve sleep quality, become more eco-friendly and connect with nature. 
- Nutrition guide - A list of recommended whole foods, tips, and easy recipes that will boost metabolism, immune system, and energy levels.
