About Inhabit

Inhabit provides self-leadership training to help you create and sustain physical, mental, and emotional well-being. During our time together, you can expect to learn about and experience different wellness practices such as meditation, breathwork, body movement, and other healthy habits. Each session may cover a portion of or all of these topics.

How to prepare

  • Find a place where you will be able to lay down for the guided breathwork section of our session such as a bed, yoga mat, floor, or couch. If these options are not available, a seated position will work.

  • What to expect during the guided breathwork experience: Sean will guide you through a beginner breathwork session and instruct when to inhale, exhale, and hold the breath. Many participants experience relaxation as a result of oxygenating the body. You may experience tingling in certain areas of the body and a slight temperature change. These sensations are natural and will pass.

  • Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before the session

  • Avoid eating a big meal beforehand

  • Wear non-constrictive, comfortable clothing

  • Come with an open mind
