Join us for a transformative weekend retreat Friday 6/21 to Sunday 6/23 in the heart of the pristine Adirondack Mountains on Loon Lake in Upstate New York. If you’re looking to grow in nature amongst vibrant people and learn techniques that will level up your life, this is for you! Housing, amenities, and food will be provided.

Meet The Team
Sean Pritchard
Founder & CEO of INHABIT, Sean specializes in breath and mindset training to help people unlock their highest potential. He is a certified meditation teacher & fitness trainer with courses completed from top breathwork instructors like Wim Hof & Patrick McKeown. Sean has had the pleasure of training over 2500 people in INHABIT’s breath methodologies ranging from athletes & teachers to business executives & clinicians.
Todd Pritchard
Todd is an entrepreneur, touring musician, producer, and community mentor. He’s spent the last 2 decades building his career in the music industry playing some of the world’s biggest venues. Beyond Todd’s deep passion for creating music, he is a teacher and mentor at heart. Todd leads a community of guitarists helping them develop as artists to express their unique voice and evolve as people. Check out Todd’s Instagram!
Jenn Kneeland
Jenn, LMHC, RYT-200, is an expressive arts therapist with 7 years of experience as a trauma-informed mind-body specialist. A yoga teacher, singer & flow artist, and mindful-movement instructor, Jenn brings together a wealth of experience and expertise to help people thrive in the modern world. Jenn specializes in resiliency building, creative growth, positive psychology, mindfulness-based work, and somatic approaches. Please note: Jenn will not be providing therapeutic interventions for guests.
Trish O’Malley
Trish is a seasoned cook and caterer with over 25 years of industry experience. Her love of food started young where she learned that so much happiness came from enjoying food, drinks, and music around a table with people she loves. Trish has curated a weekend of delicious, high quality meals to give our guests the fuel to feel their best.

Understand the latest science behind breath training and how to use different breath techniques to elevate your health and performance
Guided breathwork experience with curated music and frequencies to align the body for growth

Apply learnings from previous breath training session to teach the nervous system to be composed in cold exposure and stressful situations
