Athletes need more than just technical, tactical, and physical training. To meet the demands of the modern game and stresses of life, mental strategies and wellness techniques are key pieces of the puzzle to their success on and off the field.

The CDC’s Youth Risk Survey has highlighted that mental health in America is reaching epidemic levels with suicide, depression, and anxiety at an all time high. Our mission is to provide highly effective guidance and training to empower young people with the the wellness skills needed to excel in sports and life.

In partnership with Coach Gary Pritchard, a mental skills and team building expert who’s supported organizations ranging from Red Bulls Academy to men’s and women’s division 1 college teams, INHABIT is now offering Mental Health and Peak Performance Training for sports organizations.

Coach Gary brings a powerful dynamic to INHABIT’s training by also specializing in supporting parents with strategies for supporting their child’s growth in athletics and life.

INHABIT Offerings

Introductory Breathwork and Performance Session (45 mins)

  • The science behind how to properly breathe for optimal mental health and performance

  • Guided breathwork experience with 2 different research backed techniques

    • Proper breathing fundamentals to rewire brain and nervous system for less stress, anxiety, and better sleep 

    • Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) to improve energy levels and effort on the field

  • The power of mindfulness for driving concentration, decision making, and team unity 

  • Tips for incorporating visualization into pre game routines for peak performance

INHABIT also offers sessions on: 

  • Mental toughness fundamentals

  • Team building

  • Coaches sessions on how to incorporate the mental side of the game into training

  • Parent sessions providing insight and training on ways for supporting their child’s growth on and off the field

  • 24/7 access to INHABIT app with videos and assignments to be completed in between sessions for continued education and growth at home
