Athletes need more than just technical, tactical, and physical training. To meet the demands of the modern game and the stresses of life, mental strategies and wellness techniques are essential to their success, on and off the field.
A 2023 study found that over 90% of high school athletes experience sport-related stress, and about one-third say it hurts their performance. The World Health Organization also reports that roughly one in seven adolescents worldwide live with a mental health condition.
At INHABIT, our mission is to provide highly effective guidance and training that empower young people with the wellness skills they need to excel in sports and thrive in life.
INHABIT Co-Founder Gary Pritchard leads our mental skills and team-building work. With experience ranging from Red Bulls Academy to Division I programs like St. John’s University and the University of Vermont, Gary brings a unique blend of practical coaching wisdom and psychological insight.
He also specializes in helping parents support their child’s growth in athletics and life—bridging the gap between performance, mindset, and family well-being. Drawing from over 30 years of coaching experience, Gary has been instrumental in shaping INHABIT’s holistic training approach alongside INHABIT Co-founder Sean’s breathwork and mindfulness expertise.

**In the 2023 season, INHABIT helped the RHS Boys Varsity team go undefeated, bringing home 4 titles (League, County, State Sectionals, States). This was the Rams 2nd State Championship in school history, they were the only team in NJ without a loss.
