“When Mark first invited me to join his 2024 fasting group I thought he was crazy. However, I was sitting on the couch in my 40 inch jeans and weighing 245 pounds and had to try something. When he shared the program with us, it seemed daunting and I was thinking that there was no way I would be able to complete it. Mark developed the plan in such a way that you just ease into it and by the time you finish the cycle for one duration of fast, you’re ready to take on the next longer fast. The support group of others going through the program was instrumental and maintaining the drive to complete it.

I am now holding steady at 195 pounds and I’m down to a 33 inch waist. I try to stay pretty strict to OMAD and a “dirty keto” diet during the week and then I relax a bit on the weekends. I will occasionally do a 48 hour fast as well. When I go away on vacation, I do not worry about the diet at all. I just go very strict when I come home and have always dropped back to where I was within a week.”
