Meet Sean, Founder

A former college athlete, Sean has spent over a decade coaching soccer teams and working with clients as a personal trainer. He is passionate about helping people unlock their highest mental and physical potential. Prior to founding INHABIT, Sean held sales positions delivering software solutions at healthcare and education companies in San Francisco. In these fast-paced startup environments, he learned that prioritizing mental and physical health is not only essential to maintaining a balanced life, but can lift your performance in whatever you’re doing.

Sean is a certified instructor in Biofit’s Natural Fitness Method as well as a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation. Sean is also enrolled in Flow Motion’s CPD Certified Mobility course and has completed The Breathing for Energy Program co-led by Patrick McKeown as well as the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course for breathwork and cold exposure.

Sean is on a mission to teach 1 million people how to properly breathe by January 2027. His training and research has led him to believe that breathwork and proper breathing is a missing link in public health which deeply drives him to help as many humans as possible.

Sean has had the pleasure of training over 2000 individuals ranging from professional athletes to teachers, musicians to Lyft drivers, business professionals to coaches, youth athletes, students, and many other wonderful folks from varying walks of life. As he looks towards the future and sets an intention for the impact he wants to have, Sean does daily visualization seeing himself hosting INHABIT workshops in stadiums with 50,000 participants all breathing in unison: connecting, healing, and growing. His vision is that one day breath training will be a daily practice that all humans use to improve longevity and quality of life.

More about The INHABIT Method

Mind.

Meditation - An invaluable tool to find peace and create capacity to meet the demands of today’s busy world. Our guided meditations are designed to increase mental clarity, calmness, and self-love.

Journaling - Spending a few minutes a day putting your thoughts and feelings on paper has immense therapeutic benefits. We offer writing prompts and reflection practices to enhance awareness and emotional well-being.

Mental skills - Being able to keep the mind strong and resilient through times of adversity is key for thriving in life. In our sessions and programs, we highlight how to foster mental toughness, enhance focus, as well as set goals and accomplish them through techniques like visualization.

Body.

Movement - Workouts are for all levels and focus on developing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Inhabit blends bodyweight exercises including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), stretching and yoga, and animal-inspired movements. We also leverage dumbbells, kettlebells, maces, and balance boards to further challenge the body and build lean muscle.

Nutrition - Our nutrition approach is comprised of recipes with colorful organic foods, fasting techniques, and hydration tips to boost the metabolism, immune system, and energy levels.

Breathwork & cold exposure - Scientifically proven to empower the body to function in an optimal state. Benefits include improved sleep, creativity, and reduced stress.

Earth.

Vitamin N (Nature) - For thousands of years, people have been experiencing nature as a form of self-care — think forest bathing. Spending time outside daily allows us to enjoy the many positive effects that fresh air and sunlight have on the mind and body.

Conservation - As INHABIT was founded in Sonoma, California, we’ve seen the devastating effect of droughts and fires. The INHABIT Method includes guidance on ways to support the planet during this critical time.
